The fast-growing Kincade Fire started near Burned Mountain and Kincade roads about 9:30 p.m. The fire ignited near where PG&E cut power to thousands of Sonoma County residents on Wednesday, though it is not immediately clear if it began inside the shutoff area or how it started.
